United Press Association—Copyright Received August 23, 9.52 p.m. BERLIN, August 23. The Wurtemburg Government has expelled Air. Quelch for denouncing the Hague Congress as “a thieves’ supper.” Air. Quelch explained that his remarks at the Socialist Conference had been intensified by the interpreter misunderstanding an expression common among English Socialists.
