AA r horever this combination has appeared in the South Island it has always met with an excellent reception, and there are probably many in Gisborne who remember with pleasure the company’s previous visit. The company is ill charge of Brigadier Perry, and the repertoire is said to include all the latest novelties. The entertainments on week davs will consist of general pictures, illustrated songs, and concerted and solo music from the band and orchestra accompanying the company. For the Sunday evening which comes in the company’s season a special sacred programme will be prepared. Tho company will arrive in Gisborne on Saturday morning next. A matinee will be given in the afternoon, and early in the evening the Mayor will hold a meeting of welcomo to the combination at firebell. On the following afternoon an open-air concert will,be given by tho bafid in tho Recreation Grounds.
