NAVAL SCHOLARSHIP.
LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL EXPERIMENT. United Press Association—Copyright Received September 3, 9.11 pan. LONDON, September 3. The London County Council has experimentally established four nautical scholarships of £25 each. The holders will be apprenticed for two years—the first year they sail for Australia,, and in tho second year will train on board a warship at Port Jackson.
