I n au appeal arising out of a case wherein a fine of £650 was imposed for charging admission to Sunday concerts, tlie High Court, bv 3 to 2, decided that while persons could net be charged for admission to a buildin r on Sundays, tlioy could be charged for admission to a reserve after having entered tho building. The appeal was upheld and the fine quashed.
