OPENING REGATTA. Delegates from the two rowing clubs met last night and drew up the following programme for the regatta to be held to-morrow to mark tho ojjening of the season:—2 p.m., procession commencing at Tarpheru bridge and proceeding down to end of wharf and return, in the following order: Sprite (commodore’s launch), other launches, single sculls, double sculls, four-oared racing boats, pleasure boats; official opening of rowing season from Band Rotuda by His Worship the Mayor (Mr. J.
