Received Sept. 25, 9 p.m. . BRISBANE, Sept. 25. The railways report for the past year shows that tile percentage of net revenue to capital expended was £4 4s—the highest for 24 years. The percentage of working expenditure to revenue was 59.88 as compared with 55.84 in the previous year and the lowest for 24 years. The net revenue increased by £234,000.
