Brigadier Albiston, Major Dutton, and Staff-Captain Ward, of the Sal"ation Army, proceed South on Wednesday next. Though very unwell yesterday, the Mayor (Mr. Townloy) stuck to' ns duties, and carried through tho proclamation and unveiling ceremon!GS - He had a further engagement to declare tho rowing season open early in the afternoon, but was so indisposed that he was not capablo of a further effort, and had to convey his regrets.
