Fine weather prevailed for the concluding day of the Avondale Jockey Club’s spring meeting. The sum ot £8750 10s was passed through, the totalisator, against £9186 on the third day last year. The total for the meeting this year is £24,889 10s, against £24,902 for the meeting last .year, a decrease of £l2 10a. Results : ' .. There is not a great amount of wagering over the A.J.C. meeting. lolaire heads the list for the Epsom Handicap, followed by Lord Beauchamp. Of the others Alelodrama is most favored. For the Metropolitan Mooltan, Gordies, Alaranui, and Collarit is the order in which tho candidates are fancied.
