An official bulletin asserts that though fatigued and having a poor appetite, the Emperor’s feverish cold is subsiding. RATHER UNFAVORABLE REPORTS. (Received Oct. 13. 4.14 p.m.) VIENNA, Oct. 12. The latest reports Oil Emperor Francis Joseph’s health are rather unfavorable.
