WEDNESDAY, NOV. 6.. Before Mr W. A. Barton, S.M. Drunkenness.—For being found drunk in a public place, Thomas Carter alias Jones alias Johnstone, was sentenced to seven days’ imprisonment with hard labor, and bv~order of the Magistrate a~ prohibition order was'issued against him.
