United Press Association —Copyright (Received 11.48 p.m., Nov. 12.) SYDNEY, Nov. 12. At tlio wool sales to-day bidding was brisk, but values ruled lower than last week. Good wool showed a decline of from 21 to 5 per cent, I’aulties from 5 to 7 per cent.
