UNDERRATE WORKERS.
1272 PERMITS ISSUED. (Special to Times). '. WELLINGTON, Nov. 15. Since the Arbitration Act came into force 1419 permits have been applied for and 1272 issued to tin-der-rate workers ill connection, with awards. Twenty-three permits of this kind were issued in connection with industrial agreements.
