ACCIDENT AT TOLAGA.
About 7 o’clock last night Dr. Collins was called upon to proceed to Tolaga Bay to .attend a serious case of accident. From meagre details to hand it appears that Mr. John Cannon, a brother-in-law of Mr. Rowland Hill, .Gisborne, sustained a fracture of his spino. Mr. Cannon was working on the Mangatiporou station, but nothing .is 'known as to how he came by his injury’. The only- fact- known by the injured man’s friends in town is that his case is very serious.
