Special to Times. ■WELLINGTON, Nov. 18. /Members of Parliament aro still receiving telegrams from men in tho railway service protesting against the Glassification Bill. Tho Leader of tho Opposition lias received so many that he is unable to roply to ■all. The latest is from, a mooting of guards, protesting that the increases proposed ill tho Bill are much too small. Tho guards consider that they should bo classed by themselves and not counted with shunters, storemen, etc. Tho telegrams state •that the feeling of the mooting was that it is an insult to offer guards £-10 per annum less than lettercarriers.
