United Press Association—Cop /right LONDON, Nov. 19 A Court of Inquiry .at Chelsea 'investigated tho allegations of Lieutenant Woods, of the second battalion of tho Grenadier Guards, that because he was more studious than othors his career had been impeded owing to bis superiors boycotting him, hoping that he would resign. His depositions were forwarded to the General commanding the division. (Received 10.45 p.m., Nov. 20.)
