The schooner Gisborne arrived from Tairua on Thursday evening, after a favorable passage. 25,000 ft of timber was landed at Tolaga Bay, and she unloads at this port 37,000 feet and 2000 staves for different owners.
Messrs Richardson’s s.s. Fauns’ arrived from Napier early yesterday morning. She discharged over 5,000 feot of timber, 100 house-blocks anil a quantity of miscellaneous cargo, and returned to Napier at 1 p.m. The scows Gannet, Seagull and ICia Ora which were to sail on Thursday night were delayed and did not get away until early yestarluv irr.nrng As previously mentioned the Gannet rotnrm shortly, while the other two load at Tairna for Auckland. The Mokoia arrives this morning from South and sails;for Auckland and Sydney. Launch will leave the wharf at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. as usual.
The Talune is due to arrive to-mor-row from Auckland and sails for South in the evening. Launch for outward passengers 5 r>.m (meantime). The Squall leaves Auckland to-day for Tolaga Bay and Gisborne.
