268 MILLIONS TO. BE SPENT IN
TEN YEARS.

A memorandum attached to the naval estimates shows that it is proposed to spend £208,600,000 on the navy during the next ten years, half on ships and armament. The estimates also include a naval harbor extending 1000 yards into the sea at the southern corner of Heligoland.
