SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION AT OTAGO “CAMP.” Press Association. DUNEDIN, Dec. 9. Sir J. G. Ward arrived in Dunedin Ids evening, and proceeds to Inverirgill to-morrow. He states that no angerous lunatics will be quartered t the “camp” on Otago peninsula, ad that the place will be used exlusively for harmless imbeciles sufering from senile decay, Cabinet- re.gnising that these should be separtcii from ordinary inmates of menal hospitals. Sir Joseph returns to Dunedin on Thursday, and goes North on Friday.
