CHINESE SAILORS ATTACKED. United Press Association— Copyright (Received January 9, 9.18 p.m.) SYDNEY, January 9. The steamer Borderer, from Vancouver to South Africa, put in to Sydney with live Chinese, members of tho crow suffering from bori beri. A sixth succumbed.
