Pr®ss Association. AUCKLAND. Jan. 15. A notable Maori wedding took place to-day at Kennedy’s Bay, near Coromandel, in the presence of a large number of Europeans and .Maoris. The contracting parties were che Rev. H. Marsh (Ruhangi), of Thames, and Miss Mirk Ngapo, the sixth daughter of Mr. Ben Ngapo, of the Ngahporou tribo, East Coast. The ceremony was performed l by the Rev. Chas. A. Vaughan, of Coromandel, who was assisted by the Rev. Taimona Hapimana, of Pironga, Waikato. There were about 400 visitors present from all parts of the district, who sat down to a sumxituous breakfast in the school house.
