IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that belialt by “The Locail Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the AVaiapu County Council herebv resolves ns follows: — “That for the purioose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £SOO authorised to be raised by the 'NVaiapu County Council under the provisions of the above-men-tioned Act, for the purpose of constructing in the Tokomaru Riding, about 120 chains of tho YVaiau Road, including two bridges over tho Mangaroa Stream, the Waiapu County Council do hereby make and levy a Special Rate of one-tenth of a penny in the pound upon tho rateablo value of all rateable property of the YVaiiui Loan District, comprising the lands defined in the schedullo hereto; and that such Special Rato shall bo an annual recurring rate during tho currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the hirst of July in each and ovorv year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-six years or until tho loan is fully paid oil'.
