TOKIO, Jan
The action of China in defiantly disregarding Japan’s protests against the proposed Hsinniinting-Takumen railway, is causing surprise and indignation in Tokio. Japan has made three protests, the last one being just prior to China- signing the agreement with a British syndicate lor the construction of the railway.
