A stormy, extraordinary general meeting of tho German Navy League, held at Cassol, ended in the secession of the Bavarian and South German delegates, after the North German members had adopted a resolution expressing unbounded confidence in the executive committee, including General Keiin. It is expected that Prince Rupert of Bavaria will he the president of the new South German Navy League.
