MAN FALLS INTO BOILING POOL Press Association. ROTORUA, Jan. 21. A man named Rodney Graham, aged twenty-eight, fell into a boiling pool at Ohinemutu last night about 11 o’clock. His cries for help were heard by the natives, but in consequence of the steam they were unable to locate his whereabouts for some time He was eventually rescued, but expired a few minutes after, death being the result of shock. Graham arrived here on Saturday last from Opotiki, where he had been working. Ho bad told an acquaintance that bo came from Australia and that his parents reside there. Deceased had been seen by natives during 'the day, and he was then under the influence of drink.
