M ho I'.S.S. (Vs Haupiri arrived at Auckland on Sunday, and left again fcr Wlumgirei and Limestone Island. She is expected to leave Auckland on Wednesday for Coast ports and Gisborne. The F.S.S CVs Squall which left far Auckland, leaves there on Thursday for Gisborne via Const ports. On Wednesday the IJ.S.S. Co’s Monowai arrives frem South and sails later for Auckland. The Frank Guy sailed last night for Westport for a load of coal. The H.” P. liner arrives from Auckland on Wednesday afternoon, and proceeds south in the evening. The N.Z.S. The foll-ruvTn'g statement shows the positions of. tlie scows bringing tint--Der for Messrs Peacceke and Coy:— The Southern Isle sailed from Tairua on Friday last with 69,000 feet of sawn kauri. Immediately on diseharge in Gisborne she sails for Opua for a load of timber. The Kin Ora is expected daily at Whangaroa from Gisborne. She brings a load of timber to Gi.borne, and on discharge leaves for Mangatete. The Waikonini is now loading.logs at Tairua for Auckland. On discharge there she
sails for Eungawara Bay to load sawn ~ ■ timber for Gisborne. The Seagull loads logs at Tainia for Auckland, and on discharge sails for Mangatete to load sawn timber for Gisborne. The Rambler is loading timber at Mercury Bay for Gisborne and on discharge ■wifi leave for Katikati for another load, ' The three-masted barque Empreza is now on her way from Editifburg with a load of salt. Immediately on ■■K discharge she will be towed up the Northern Wairoa river to load timber for Messrs Peaeocke and Co. On ' discharge the sails lor the A\ est Coast of the South Island to load timber for the same firm. Messrs Peacoeke and Co have been appointed local agents for the lord Shipping Co. The company lias the largest licet of scows in the Dominion—2l. ________
