The Union S.iS. Co.'s-Monowai arrives from South this morning -and leaves later for Auckland. Tho Tuatea will leave the -wharf at 6 a.m. ■and 9 a.m. . The H. P. liner Victoria arrives from Auckland this afternoon and •loaves for South in the evening. The Tu-atea leaves the wharf with outward .passengers at 7 p.m. The Union S.S. Co.'s Wanaka leht Bluff yesterday on her usual coastal trip to Oamurn, Timaru. Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Bum ’ -arrives from Napier to-morrow momang. The three-masted scow Southern Isle arrived yesterday morning from Tairua with 71,000 feet of timber for Messrs -Peacock© and Coy. Captain Sorensen reports having left Tairuu early on Saturday. Light northerly winds arid fine weather 'were experienced throughout the passage, anil East Cape was 'passed a-t 4 p.m. on •Monday.
The -auxiliary schooner lOieo arrived from Auckland vi-a Coast -ports yesterday afternoon. Captain Skinner reports having left Auckland on Saturday, January 25th. The vessel had" a beautiful run ucross the Bay of Plenty and. -arrived at Hawai on Monday, on which day Marainui, Ornaio, Awanui and Tckapa "were worked. On Tuesday Whakaruru, Raukokuri, Areti and Wangaroa were worked, and Hick’s Bay and Te Araroa were visited on Wednesday.-The vessel arrived at Port Awanui on Thursday, and as tho Haupiri arrived there on the same day, some delav was caused. Port Awanui was left at 10 -a.m. on-Friday and later cargo was -landed at Reporua. Standing out from Reporua a heavy southerly wind sprang up and the vessel ran round East Cape and lay at Te Araroa for four days. -Here the sea became heavy from the eastward, -and tho vessel slipped round Cape Runaway and sheltered for 24 hours. The wind, moderating, a fresh start was made, -and Tuparoa was reached on Friday, 7-th inst, Tuparoa and Wha-re-ponga being worked on that day. On Saturday aiid a part of Sunday W-ai-piro was worked, delay being caused by a heavy sea and a strong wind. The schooner arrived a.t Tokomaru on Sunday afternoon-and left again at 9 a.m. on Monday. Tolaga was worked about noon and Pnkarae was reached at 5 p.m. All cargo for Fakarae was landed on Monday evening, and yesterday morning 100 bales of”wool were shipped, -a start being made for Gisborne at- 9a.m. The Kaeo’s cargo consists of 40 tons ot general cargo and 250 baJes orjwool^
