DENIED A HEARING. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Feb. 15. 0.2$ a.m.) DURBAN, Feb. 14. A crowded Labor meeting in the Town Hall at Durban developed a tremendous uproar. Iveir Hardic and others were not accorded a hearing, and the proceedings terminated in confusion.
