A LOAN WITHOUT INTEREST. United Press Association—-Copyright (Received Eeb. 17, 10.50 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. The Colonial Government- lend the Nigeria Bitumen Corporation £25,000 without interest, repayable when payable oil is struck. The Government’s" royalty .is increased to r\ per cent.
