GROWING FEELING OF UNREST. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Feb. 23, 8.50 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Feb. 23. The anti-Asiatic party in Vancouver is becoming growingly excited, and threaten a huge parade in the streets, and riots aro feared. Sir Wilfrid Laurier is awaiting the decision of the Court-, which, it is generally expected, will declare the Natal Act unconstitutional, and, if otherwise, the Act will be disallowed owing to its conflicting with tho AngloJapanese treaty.
