AT MANGONUI.
Press Association. MANGONUI, Feb. 27. The Prime Minister reached Mangonui from Russell to-day on his northern tour, this being the extreme northern point of the visit. Ho made a flying trip by motor car into the backblocks. going as far as Ivaitaia, 30 miles inland, and delivered a speech. He was banquetted on his return to Mangonui, receiving a- vote of thanks and confidence. To-morrow he proceeds to Ohaewai.
