ITALY’S RECOMMENDATION TO
THE POWERS,

Signor Titoni, iii the Italian Chamber, recommended to Europe that tho Powers iinitedly support all railway projects in Macedonia, if they are of practical utility, and to inform the Porte that- t-lie railways, being a powerful factor in progress, be regarded as an essential part, of the work of reforms.
