A SUPREME COURT CASE
Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 23. The Otekai'ke case, in which Mitchell and MoKellar are seeking a mandamus and injunction against tlio Otago Land Board, is to be taken before Mr. Justice Williams to-mor-row. Messrs Hosking and White appear for applicants, and Messrs Solomon and Macassey for the Crown. Some interesting legal questions are involved.
