THE EMIGRATION AGREEMENT,
United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, March 22. _ Takadira, in an interview at Paris, said the Japanese anoroved of the emigration agreement with America, which" entirely aimed at tlieqdirection of Japanese emigration to Korea and Formosa. The United States fleet would receive a cordial welcome to Japan, which wants peace.

The Bourse Gazette of St. Petersburg,in commenting on the pacific sentiments expressed between America and Japan, declares that the invitation to the fleet does honor to Japancso diplomacy, and will raise Japan s prestige.
