r OVER NMENT TO ACQUIRE LONU DON AND INDIA DOCKS.

The directors of the London and India Docks recommend the proprietors to accept Mr Lloyd-Georgo’s oiler to purchase the docks as part ot tlio Government scheme for London. Mr Lloyd-©eorge informed Mr Colins that when proper statutory authority had been constituted, then would be the time for the colonies to make representations regarding provisions for ample cold storage. Mr Traverner congratulated Mr LloytlGeorge on securing the key to the port of London. It was, he said, a f'reat step towards the proper handand inspection of Australian uroduce.
