LOAN TAKEN BY UNDERWRITERS. •? United Press Association— Copyright SYDNEY. March 2d. Tenders for the New South Wales loan have been closed. Debenture holders converted under 15 per cent of the whole amount of stock'; underwriters take the balance. The London and Westminster Bank considers the .smallness of the conversion due to the recent failure of the Graud Trunk Pacific Railway.
