(Per Press Association.) TIMAItU, M'arch 26. 'ln the Magistrate’s Court this morning three prohibited men were fined in the aggregate £ll tor having nrocured liquor. A fourth man who aided them was fined £3. The Magistrate said if such fines proved ineffective .in preventing prohibited, persons obtaining drink, he would impose the nm-nmum.. el l Only two objections were men against the Borough valuations, but when the Court- sat this morning to hear these neither party appeared, and the Magistrate signed the .oil, which now stands at £90,/04 without alteration.
