OTAGO LAND BOARD.
LESSEES CREDITORS PROTECTED. Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 27. The Otago Land Board gave a decision yesterday in the case of W. C. Pitchers, who had been called upon to show cause why his lease over a small grazing run fn Tiger Hill district should not- he forfeited tor nonfulfilment of conditions. The Board decided to forfeit the lease, and thatthe section be again offered for selection burdened with the valuation for improvements in favor of the Official Assignee, as representing Pitcher’s creditors.
