PRACTICAL SUPPORT FOR THE COMPANIES.
United Press Association—Copyright (Received March 29. 9.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 28. At a meeting the dcep : sen steamship companies resolved to give every possible practical support to the coastal companies .in their struggle for the maintenance of the principle oi freedom of contract. It was also decided to assist the coastal companies by procuring engineers and officers lot their fleets.
