Press Association. WELLINGTON, April'. 1. The polo tournament was continued at Miramar this afternoon. The weather was favor.tble, and there was a fair number of spectators. An excellent game in the competitions for the Savili Cup took place between Hawke’s Bay and Mangahcia, the former winning hy 7 goals to 4 goals. The play was exciting throughout. Nelson for Hawke’s .Bay played a anagnifieent game, scoring four of .the seven goals for his side. Williams and Reynolds played well for .Mangahcia. The only other game was a handicap cup match between) ltangitikei and Man nvntu. ltangitikei had to concc(le Maivawat.u four goals, hut they notched four before Manuwatu scored,.so that from this out-the chances were level. 'Mnnawutu played up well, and added live.goals to.their opponents’ three, the guno thus ending —iMauawatu 9, .ltangitikei 7.
