Tho Ministers’ Association to-day-passed a resolution protesting against tlie. formation of a proprietary racing dull in tho vicinity of Wellington, complaining that tho defect in the ■finning laws which allows racing days Fo bo suddenly multiplied, and urging on the Government the necessity of regulating racing days by law.
