YOUNG .MAN SHOT. Press Association. NAPIER, April 12. A gun accident occurred at Watch--111 in Island, Inner Harbor, at about o o’clock this afternoon, resulting in the instantaneous death of Frank Oulton, aged about 26, coachpaiuter. He was 0110 of a party who were shooting shags, , and while he was descending a steep rocky side of the island with the aid of a wire rope fixed there, his gun went off. The upper part of liis head was blown away.
