SHIPPING FREIGHTS.
SIX AIONTIIS’ REDUCTION. Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 13. "It is announced by the four steamshipping companies, viz., tho Shaw, Sav.ill and Albion Company, tho Now Zealand Shipping Company, tho Tyser Lino, and tho New Zealand and African Company, that trade between Now Zealand* and England, that a reduction will be made in tho freight to tho Old Country. The alteration dates from to-day, and is to hold good until tho 30th of September next. Tho reductions aro as follows: Wool and skins one-eighth of a penny per lb, hemp and tow 10s per ton weight, and tallow and pelts 5s per ton weight.
