Air. G. B. Oman, late of the British Empire Hotel, leaves this week for Wiilroa, where ho will tako over Poyser’s Hotel. Mr. C. H. Ambridgo returned to Gisborne on Saturday from New Plymouth where he has been attending the bi-annual meeting of the moveable committee of tho Manchester ■Unity Independent Order of Oddfellows. Archdeacon AA'illianis returned from Auckland by the Monowai yesterday afternoon. Air. D. R. Do Costa, secretary of tho Poverty Bay Turf Club, returned from Auckland yesterday.
