William, Marshall -was convicted and fined 10s, with 2s costs, .in default 24 hours. PROCURING LIQUOR, John Ryan was convicted of procuring liquor nvhilo under prohibition. Mr. IT. J. Finn appeared for accused, wild pleaded guilty. A fine of £5 with costs was imposed, and a weolc was allowed in which to pay.
