NOTICE is hereby given that an application has' been made to this Council 1 for permission to lay a tramway/. upon certain roads. The name of the applicant is W. D. Wilkinson. The roads proposed to bo “crossed” are those from Rakauroa to Tahora. The conditions upon which the Council will grant the rights to lay a Tramway upon the roads may bo seen at the County Office.
