The Court held that prisoner wtis entitled to a new trial, and should be entitled to call new evidence. ’No reasons are given for the judgment so that the case might, not ho .prejudiced by .any observation made. The Appeal Count delivered judgment this morning in the case of Moore v. Oxford. The appeal .was allowed with costs on the middle scale and as from « distance.
