The Gatoms revenue for last -week shows a big drop as compared with the corresnionding period of last year, the figures being £9901 and £IG,'623 respectively. Business 0 n the -Exchange was dull to-day. There wia® a slight decline in quotations for Wellington Gas and National Bank shares. The only sales were AY<iilii’s a/t- £9 lls and Waihi Consolidated at Is lid. AGRICULTURAL MUSEUM. The i -Government -has decided to use the commodious drill shed near Lambton Quay for..,the purpose of a colonial -agricultural niuse-uin. ’This morning the Hons. Dr. Findlay and -AlcNah accompanied with Air Hamilton, curator of the colonial museum, visited- the Alexandra Barracks at Alt. Cook (Newtown) with a view to deciding as to -their suitability for the -purposes' of a colonial museum. VALEDICTORY. Air -Geo. Boston, Crier at the Supreme Court, has -been ,presented' by the members of the Wellington bar with a -silver tea -sot.
