A VISIT TO GISBORNE
(Special to “Times.”) WELLINGTON, May 13. The Hon. Mr. Carroll, who is suffering from a throat affection, intends making a short tour of his constituents in tho course of a week or ten days. He will attend the opening of a ‘further section of the GisborneMotu railway from Pulia.
