Chief Detective Herbert said it would be proved that this man went round houses ami located any boilers in accessible places, and then sent small children to steal them, giving them a trille to do it. He afterwards smashed up the boilers to destroy identity. August Ereikson was similarly charged, and Chief Detective Herbert said that this man was a licensee! dealer in a somewhat larger way. die purchased boilers at higher prices than Wells gave, and thus diverted this business to himself.
