ALBANIAN BRIGANDS.
CREATE A STATE OF PANIC
CONSTANTINOPLE, May 17. A large band of Albanian brigands raided the Turkish port of Saute Quaranta. They looted the Italian and Greek shipping agencies, post office, and chief places of business, wounding several. A panic prevails in the town.
